One of the neighbours sees a naked man and screams, and the man runs away downstairs. Then, the movie shows various situations involving the man running down the streets of Rio de Janeiro, attempting to return home to get some clothes.The setting is an upscale urban neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro near the end of the millenium. The situation is a man who is left out of his residence, nude. He wanders around the city trying to"cover himself up" while instead causing ever more comical incidents.
