Montana, 1969. A cruel winter has left rancher HARLEY LEMKE a widower, alone and in despair. A man of his time, Harley has neither the skills or the interest to take care of himself, so his grown son DEL hires a woman sight-unseen to serve as a live-in domestic for his father, doing house-chores and women’s work on the ranch. But when the ‘outta stater’ arrives, she turns out to be a bell-bottomed, tie-died flower child with a dark secret. Thus, cultures collide as Haight-Ashbury refugee STAR WINGO thrusts the remote backwater town of Wisdom headlong into the 60’s Revolution.
